TL;DR

Service Delivery Manager (Logistics/Operations): Ensuring the successful end-to-end delivery of wireless network solutions across Europe with an accent on order intake management, cross-team coordination, and operational excellence. Focus on streamlining service delivery processes, managing large customer deployments, and maintaining high visibility across engineering and sales functions.

Location: Must be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands (Hybrid role).

What you will do

  • Manage end-to-end customer order processes from intake through to completion and invoicing.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers to verify solutions and ensure accurate execution.
  • Coordinate with technical provisioning teams to prepare and deploy networking equipment.
  • Maintain and update systems to track order status and identify potential bottlenecks.
  • Lead and manage large-scale customer deployments, including planning and status reporting.
  • Continuously review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and automation.

Requirements

  • Must be located in or willing to work from the Amsterdam office.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a professional business environment.
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational skills and an accurate, proactive work approach.
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in service delivery roles.
  • Passion for maritime or networking technology.
  • Proficiency in other European languages.
