What you will do
- Manage end-to-end customer order processes from intake through to completion and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for sales teams and customers to verify solutions and ensure accurate execution.
- Coordinate with technical provisioning teams to prepare and deploy networking equipment.
- Maintain and update systems to track order status and identify potential bottlenecks.
- Lead and manage large-scale customer deployments, including planning and status reporting.
- Continuously review and improve internal processes to enhance efficiency and automation.
Requirements
- Must be located in or willing to work from the Amsterdam office.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- At least 1 year of experience in a professional business environment.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational skills and an accurate, proactive work approach.
- Problem-solving attitude and ability to thrive in a fast-paced tech environment.
