Quantitative Business Analyst

TL;DR

Quantitative Business Analyst (Finance): Transferring data into business value with a focus on automation of financial processes. Focus on carrier invoice control automation, pricing, advanced analytics, and process improvements to drive sustainable growth and create business value.

Location: This is a hybrid position, we expect you at least 3 times per week in our HQ in Eindhoven.

Salary: €3,300 - €4,500 gross per month (depending on your skills/experience)

What you will do

• Automation of financial processes using Python.
• Continuous improvement and professionalisation of hirify.global’s financial processes.
• Analyse carrier business performance.
• Perform and execute ad hoc business analysis.
• Help make business and financial decisions.

Requirements

• Holds a bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics, Econometrics, Mathematics, or a similar quantitative study.
• Has 0-3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience with programming and/or database querying (Python, SQL).
• Strong analytical mindset with a passion for problem-solving.
• You are proactive and pragmatic.
• Is fluent in both verbal and written English (living in The Netherlands)
