What you will do
- Managing calendars, schedules, trackers, and dashboards.
- Preparing and sending internal communications and updates.
- Supporting communication plans and maintaining consistency in messaging.
- Designing presentations, updating SharePoint pages, creating visual assets.
- Maintaining content libraries and ensuring visual identity standards.
- Supporting simple video edits and polishing media assets.
Requirements
- Advanced PowerPoint skills and ability to create polished presentations independently.
- SharePoint skills for building pages and managing libraries/permissions.
- Solid visual design sense; ability to use basic design tools (Canva, Adobe).
- Strong written communication for clear and professional internal messaging.
- Administrative coordination: calendars, scheduling, trackers, dashboards.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Nice to have
- Basic video editing (Clipchamp, CapCut, Premiere).
- Visual storytelling and content creation support.
- Experience with communication campaigns or internal events.
- Ability to work autonomously after initial onboarding.
