• Perform configuration tasks using established templates, standards, and checklists.
• Assist with customer onboarding and platform enhancement activities.
• Support testing and validation to ensure system quality.
• Document configuration work and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in team and customer discussions as a support resource.

Requirements

• Basic technical skills in software configuration and common tools.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Some exposure to SaaS platforms, technical support, or project work is an advantage.
