• Verify and validate implemented solutions, identify issues, and support troubleshooting activities.
• Document your work and decisions to ensure clarity, quality, and knowledge sharing within the team.
• Continuously learn and develop your low code skills through hands on practice, internal training and project assignments.

Requirements

• Demonstrate analytical, process‑oriented thinking and enjoy understanding how things work end to end.
• Explain complex ideas clearly, listen actively, and manage expectations in a pragmatic way.
• Take ownership of your work, care about quality, and are eager to learn and grow.
• No prior low‑code or programming experience is required.
• Communicate confidently in English and German.
