What you will do

• Identify business goals, gather requirements, and establish communication with key stakeholders
• Develop and document architecture vision, design decisions, and trade-offs
• Review and validate design decisions to ensure alignment with architecture vision
• Manage architecture design and documentation processes
• Conduct recruitment interviews and support onboarding
• Identify risks and support innovation initiatives and policy development

Requirements

• Must be based in Ukraine
• Experience leading system architecture development and applying engineering best practices
• Strong expertise in system design methods, architecture frameworks, and technical guidance
• Ability to conduct impact analysis, risk assessment, and financial planning
• Leadership skills and strategic thinking for scalable architecture design
• Knowledge of software engineering paradigms such as SOLID, TDD, DDD

Nice to have

• Certifications in SEI, TOGAF, cloud providers (Azure, AWS, GCP), or delivery frameworks (SAFe, Agile)
