Location: Must be based in Prague (Czechia) or able to work in a hybrid format from this location.

Salary: 85,000 – 90,000 CZK per year

What you will do

• Design end-to-end solution architectures and deliver technical specifications to development teams.
• Estimate project implementation timelines and costs for proposed solutions.
• Validate and present architectural outputs to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Act as the primary bridge between business units and software engineering teams.
• Support the full project lifecycle from initial analysis through development and testing.
• Maintain architectural standards and promote best practices across integration projects.

Requirements

• Strong background in Java and enterprise application development.
• Deep knowledge of databases, integration patterns, and multi-layer architecture.
• Experience with system design tools, UML modeling, and Enterprise Architect.
• Proven experience in development or integration projects within the financial or banking sector.
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
• English: Professional proficiency in spoken and written technical communication required.
