What you will do
- Define and evolve the end-to-end Workplace Savings technology strategy and implementation roadmap.
- Provide architectural leadership across value streams, ensuring consistent application of strategy across platforms and suppliers.
- Own the architecture for member/employer channels, core administration platforms, and integration layers.
- Design resilient, secure, and compliant solutions that meet evolving pension and consumer duty regulations.
- Introduce innovative technologies to enhance customer experiences and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to mentor talent and improve architectural maturity.
Requirements
- Proven experience designing and guiding the implementation of scalable technology solutions in an Agile environment.
- Strong understanding of API-led architecture and digital customer-servicing ecosystems.
- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) or similar iterative methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and business leaders.
- Broad knowledge of modern software architecture, data strategies, and cloud-readiness.
- Ability to interpret technology-driven disruption and its impact on the financial services industry.

- Professional background in capital markets or asset management.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or relevant professional experience.
