What you will do

  • Support a diverse customer base by resolving escalations and ensuring effective app usage and integration.
  • Identify product improvement areas and collaborate with teams to develop technical solutions.
  • Act as a liaison between customer success, account management, and product engineering to resolve issues and de-escalate situations.

Requirements

  • Must be located in Germany with several years of experience in second-level support, technical project management, or software engineering.
  • At least 3+ years of professional IT experience in software development, technical solutions, and support.
  • Academic background in Engineering or advanced technical degree.
  • Proficiency in SQL programming; experience with Python and Java is highly valued.
  • Familiarity with technologies such as HTTP(S), REST, iOS, and Android.
  • Full professional proficiency in English is required; German language skills are a plus.
