What you will do

  • Lead and manage global business excellence initiatives, focusing on process optimization and digital transformation.
  • Analyze end-to-end processes to identify improvement potential and drive automation and efficiency using modern process-mining tools.
  • Act as a strategic business partner, providing expert guidance and contributing to departmental development.
  • Initiate and lead sourcing automation projects, including the implementation and optimization of relevant tools.
  • Steer cross-functional project teams, define priorities, and ensure sustainable execution of improvement measures.
  • Develop and implement best-practice models based on data analysis and system expertise.

Requirements

  • Several years of experience in process analysis, design, and implementation within operational environments, ideally in sourcing or procurement.
  • Degree in Business Administration, (Business) Informatics, or a related field.
  • Proven ability to identify optimization potential in end-to-end processes and translate insights into measurable improvements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills combined with solid technical understanding.
  • Expertise in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Ariba (particularly Source-to-Pay), as well as advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Fluent in German and English.
