What you will do

• Own pre- and post-release QA for global platform releases to prevent issues across markets
• Maintain and evolve release and quality checklists covering core functionality, CMS behavior, SEO, and accessibility
• Act as first-line triage for platform-level issues, coordinating across teams
• Support CMS governance by promoting best practices and consistent quality standards
• Perform regular platform-level SEO and accessibility checks, identifying risks and patterns
• Collaborate with development, SEO, CRO, and analytics teams to validate fixes and reduce rework
• Support onboarding and enablement of local teams for confident platform use

Requirements

• Experience with CMS-driven websites, ideally large or multi-site platforms
• Hands-on experience in website QA, testing, platform operations, or release management
• Strong attention to detail with a methodical and structured approach
• Technical literacy to understand HTML, metadata, and core web concepts
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones
• Exposure to technical SEO, accessibility standards (WCAG), or structured data is an advantage
• Location: Must be based in Berlin, Germany or able to work hybrid from there
