What you will do

• Own pre- and post-release QA for global platform releases, identifying issues proactively.
• Maintain and evolve release and quality checklists, covering core functionality, CMS behavior, SEO, and accessibility.
• Act as first-line triage for platform-level issues, coordinating across teams.
• Support CMS governance by promoting best practices and consistent quality standards.
• Perform regular platform-level SEO and accessibility checks, identifying cross-market patterns and risks.
• Support onboarding and enablement of local teams to effectively use the platform.

Requirements

• Experience working with CMS-driven websites, ideally within large or multi-site platforms.
• Hands-on experience with website QA, testing, platform operations, or release management.
• Strong attention to detail, with a methodical and structured way of working.
• Technical literacy to understand HTML, metadata, and core web concepts, and communicate with developers.
• Confidence working across multiple stakeholders, priorities, and time zones.
