What you will do

• Lead design vision, strategy, and execution for the mobile app experience
• Own end-to-end design process from exploration to delivery in the engagement team
• Use AI tools to enhance design scope and productivity
• Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and researchers
• Operate with startup agility: rapid prototyping, testing, and iteration
• Engage with users to ground design decisions in real-world needs

Requirements

• Must be based in Germany or able to work hybrid from German offices
• 4+ years of product design experience focused on mobile apps, preferably B2B or B2B2C
• Strong skills in visual, interaction, and UX design with prototyping experience
• Comfortable collaborating with engineers and experimenting with code
• Ability to work in fast iteration and experimentation environments
• Self-driven with responsibility for driving work forward independently
