What you will do
- Design and execute the go-to-market strategy to convert awareness into paying customers.
- Own the full growth lifecycle including email, paid social, and organic channel launches.
- Run rapid experiments with distribution channels and scale successful approaches.
- Build and manage marketing analytics dashboards and attribution models.
- Operate and optimize the full marketing technology stack.
Requirements
- 5+ years of growth or marketing experience in early-stage startups.
- Experience marketing frontier technology products, ideally in AI or machine learning.
- Hands-on experience running paid social campaigns on platforms like X and Reddit.
- Understanding of modern AI-native distribution including AEO and LLM discoverability.
- Ability to market to both technical and non-technical audiences.
