What you will do

• Integrate hirify.global AI solutions with enterprise systems like SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and Shopify.
• Lead requirement-gathering sessions and translate client needs into scalable technical architectures.
• Configure, optimize, and enrich data to support custom AI features and plug-ins.
• Build intuitive, user-friendly interfaces using JavaScript and modern UI frameworks.
• Manage end-to-end technical delivery while maintaining clear communication with enterprise stakeholders.

Requirements

• German fluency (written and verbal) is required.
• 8+ years of hands-on development experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, and React, Vue, or Angular.
• Proven consulting experience in client-facing roles managing enterprise stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate complex B2B ecosystems and large-scale system integrations.
• Ownership mindset with the ability to lead projects and work under pressure.
