What you will do

• Own features end-to-end across the stack with a strong frontend focus on React and TypeScript
• Collaborate deeply with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate business goals into technical solutions
• Build scalable systems across frontend, backend, and database layers
• Contribute to technical direction and engineering excellence through pragmatic solutions and continuous improvement
• Operate and monitor services in production following a "you build it, you run it" mindset

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Berlin or able to commute for hybrid work
• Strong frontend expertise with React and TypeScript including state management and performance optimization
• Full-stack mindset with comfort in backend technologies such as Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Experience with AI-assisted development tools to enhance productivity
• Familiarity with CI/CD, observability, monitoring, and incident response
• Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills in complex environments
