What you will do

• Guide clients through the accurate completion of onboarding templates for financial data feeds.
• Manage the end-to-end Letter of Authorization (LOA) generation and signature collection process.
• Engage proactively with asset managers to facilitate data connectivity and resolve onboarding inquiries.
• Coordinate setup for hirify.global Data Management (ADM) integrations and secure client credential storage.
• Maintain accurate workflow status and client milestones within Salesforce and internal dashboards.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• 3+ years of experience in financial advisory or FinTech industries, ideally in onboarding.
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex tasks simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency with operational dashboards, CRM systems, and password management tools.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and internal stakeholders.
