Revenue Data Integrity Associate: Ensuring the cleanliness and accuracy of revenue data, working closely with Revenue Operations, Sales, and Finance to review closed deals and maintain data standards. Focus on preventing data issues, understanding revenue operations, and improving cross-functional processes for a career foundation in Revenue Operations, Deal Desk, or Revenue Systems.

Location: Philadelphia, PA / New York, NY. While we prioritize a hybrid work environment, remote work may be considered for candidates located more than 30 miles from an office, based on role requirements for specialized skill sets.

Salary: $65,000 to $95,000

What you will do

• Define and monitor “critical fields” and data standards across core objects.
• Build dashboards and audits for completeness, consistency, duplicates, and trend analysis.
• Perform strategic data enrichment activities to build account intelligence and support key data migration efforts.
• Partner with systems team on targeted validation rules, layouts, and permission hygiene.
• Perform Revenue Readiness checks for closed-won deals, coordinating corrections with Sales, Deal Desk, and RevOps.
• Maintain documentation, change control process, and support reporting fixes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years in RevOps/Sales Ops/Deal Desk/Order Management/GTM Systems.
• Process-minded with the ability to translate operational pain into system controls.
• Highly detail-oriented and comfortable pushing back diplomatically.
• Excellent stakeholder communication skills, with the ability to remain calm and firm in governance.
• U.S. Person: Must be a U.S. citizen, national, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with export control regulations.

Nice to have

• Strong Salesforce reporting literacy and comfort with data audits and reconciliation.
• Salesforce admin experience/certification is a plus.
• Experience building or owning data quality metrics.
• Experience with order-to-cash or quote-to-cash handoffs.
• Has worked closely with Finance/RevRec/AP/AR.
