Location: Remote/Hybrid in the USA (9am - 6pm CT shift required)

What you will do

• Monitor daily transactional data to proactively detect and prevent fraudulent activities.
• Analyze portfolio performance to identify potential losses and revenue-generating opportunities.
• Conduct underwriting for new applications, including KYC, OFAC, and financial document reviews.
• Collaborate with payment processors and card brands to resolve issues and improve fraud prevention strategies.
• Support merchants with chargeback resolution and fraud-related inquiries via email and phone.
• Maintain and update internal risk reports, dashboards, and fraud deterrent features.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA and available for 9am - 6pm CT work hours.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in payment risk or underwriting.
• Comprehensive knowledge of integrated payments, risk management, and regulatory guidelines.
• Proven proficiency in merchant fraud prevention solutions and Stripe.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in both written and verbal formats.

Nice to have

• Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office products.
• Deep understanding of the FinTech payment processing landscape.
