Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Chicago, IL; Denver, CO; Lake Mary, FL; or New York, NY (Hybrid, 3 days/week in-office)

Salary: $73,000 – $110,000 USD (based on compensation zone)

What you will do

• Execute daily options operational tasks including expiration processing and account risk monitoring.
• Identify and implement improvements to optimize operational workflows and process scalability.
• Manage complex customer-impacting escalations and serve as a primary contact for the team.
• Partner with Product and Engineering teams to refine and test options product features.
• Provide operational support across multiple time zones as required.

Requirements

• Active FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses (or equivalent) required.
• Active FINRA Series 4 license required.
• Expertise in complex financial products including options and margin trading.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask autonomously.
• Excellent communication and client-service orientation.
• Must be able to work on-site at designated office locations at least 3 days per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with SQL and Python for data analysis and process automation.
• Prior familiarity with internal brokerage onboarding processes.
