What you will do

• Design and operationalize new offerings in the GenAI portfolio to address short-term business objectives and long-term scalability.
• Own the design and operationalization of end-to-end blueprints that integrate Pre-Sales, Sales, and Delivery functions for efficient go-to-market of new offerings.
• Drive customer and market analyses to inform key growth opportunities, product and customer segment strategies, and specific commercial offers.
• Understand the business and technical requirements of customers, partners, and internal stakeholders and advise the GenAIIC team on optimal offerings, considering operational constraints and scalability.
• Develop and own stakeholder engagement across AWS Professional Services Products & Solutions, Finance, and Operational functions to effectively partner on product design and sales acceleration initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field.
• 5+ years of product management experience.
• 5+ years of developing program strategies and plans, driving execution, and influencing senior stakeholders experience.
• 5+ years of experience in a business management function.

• Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C-level executives, and cross-functional teams or equivalent.
• Experience handling ambiguous or undefined challenges through strong problem-solving abilities.
• Experience that includes strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities.
• Experience leading creative development of innovative creative from concept to delivery.
• Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in business administration or similar field.
