What you will do

  • Design and improve the complete student journey from initial onboarding through program completion.
  • Establish scalable support models and processes to boost student retention and satisfaction.
  • Manage refund policies and payment retention to reduce refund requests by 15–20%.
  • Own the operational budget for student experience while optimizing team efficiency and costs.
  • Lead and mentor diverse teams across onboarding, success, and community engagement.
  • Drive performance through rigorous KPI management and data-driven cross-functional partnerships.

Requirements

  • Strong operational leadership background in fast-growing B2C environments like EdTech or FinTech.
  • Proven track record of scaling operations and delivering measurable results in retention or efficiency.
  • High analytical proficiency with experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and metric tracking.
  • Experience managing multiple teams and leads, particularly during periods of restructuring.
  • Ability to balance high-level strategic planning with hands-on operational execution.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills with a proactive approach to crisis management.
