What you will do

• Plan and coordinate user interface development across all production stages
• Manage UI team tasks, monitoring deadlines, priorities, and quality of implementation
• Synchronize UI development with gameplay, technical, and art departments
• Support and refine the UI production pipeline within Unreal Engine
• Organize playtests and actively resolve team blockers
• Ensure consistent UI solutions aligned with overall game systems

Requirements

• Experience as a Producer or Project Manager in the game industry, preferably on AAA projects
• Deep understanding of the UI/UX development pipeline and its interaction with gameplay systems
• Proven experience coordinating cross-functional teams including designers, artists, and developers
• Practical understanding of Unreal Engine development processes and UI integration
• Confident use of project management tools such as ClickUp or Confluence
• Strong communication skills and ability to maintain transparent team workflows
