What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain Intune proactive remediation scripts using PowerShell for endpoint issue detection and automatic fixes.
• Manage enterprise application deployment with Intune Win32 apps, including packaging, installation logic, and troubleshooting deployment failures.
• Own end-to-end troubleshooting of Intune enrollment and device registration issues across Azure AD join types.
• Lead migration of legacy GPO settings to Intune MDM policies ensuring behavior parity and user impact validation.
• Design and enforce Intune compliance policies aligned with corporate security standards and troubleshoot Conditional Access interactions.
• Stay current with Intune and related Microsoft technologies, document standards, and mentor junior engineers.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or near London, United Kingdom with hybrid work arrangement
• 5+ years managing Windows endpoints in enterprise environments.
• 3+ years hands-on Microsoft Intune administration experience.
• Advanced PowerShell scripting skills for automation and remediation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills for enrollment, application deployment, compliance, and Conditional Access.
• Experience migrating from GPO-based management to modern MDM.

Nice to have

• Experience with Citrix, VDI, or hybrid endpoint environments.
• Familiarity with vulnerability scanners like Nessus or Tenable and endpoint remediation workflows.
• Experience working with Defender for Endpoint.
• Experience in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
