What you will do
- Plan and execute self-shot video content for premium sports YouTube properties.
- Edit engaging long-form and short-form content using Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Collaborate with social media leads to elevate video content strategy.
- Manage production schedules and coordinate shoot logistics in line with live fixture lists.
- Work with sports talent and contributors to capture compelling narratives.
- Utilize social clipping tools to produce content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
Requirements
- Proven experience creating high-quality digital and social content for major brands, preferably in sports.
- Proficiency in self-shooting using Sony A7S, FX3, or FX6 camera systems, including lighting and sound.
- Strong editing skills in Adobe Premiere Pro with a creative eye for narrative flow.
- Experience in coordinating shoot days and managing production assets from planning to delivery.
- Strong communication skills for building relationships with sports organizations and clubs.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and nights, to support live sports events.
Nice to have
- Growing skill set in Adobe After-Effects for motion graphics.
- Deep understanding of current social media trends and audience engagement strategies.
