What you will do

  • Oversee the football content experience across global rights and multiple international markets.
  • Define and maintain best practices to ensure high-quality content delivery and team performance.
  • Collaborate with senior management to report on KPIs and strategic project outcomes.
  • Develop platform plans tailored to major sporting events and key rights acquisitions.
  • Partner with English-language market editors to ensure global alignment and engagement growth.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform decision-making and enhance the overall user experience.

Requirements

  • Based in Leeds, UK or able to commute to the office.
  • Proven track record of managing high-performing sports content platforms.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and present effectively to senior management.
  • Deep understanding of the global football landscape and the sports broadcasting/OTT industry.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for content optimization.
  • Excellent relationship-building skills to manage both internal and external stakeholders.
