What you will do

• Lead end-to-end project planning for technical delivery, including architecture, functional specs, and cost estimation.
• Coordinate technical implementation across application teams to ensure smooth production cutover and post-implementation support.
• Collaborate with Architects, Security, and Development leads to ensure solutions meet enterprise and security standards.
• Provide status updates, escalate scheduling issues, and propose technical workarounds.
• Partner with Test Management teams to oversee SIT, UAT, performance, and security testing quality.
• Manage external vendor contributions to ensure project alignment with established timelines.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Singapore
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in IT with at least 3 years in the banking or financial sector.
• Over 8 years of experience in technical project management.
• At least 8 years of hands-on experience with Unix Shell Scripting, Oracle, and Java.
• Extensive background in system, software, and UI/UX design.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in implementing or managing KYC/AML projects.
• Exposure to vendor software like Net Reveal or Detica.
• Knowledge of Hadoop ecosystem, NoSQL, or Big Data technologies.
• Proficiency with DevOps and collaboration tools like Git, Jenkins, JIRA, and Confluence.
