What you will do

• Leverage technical and industry expertise to onboard users and client data onto hirify.global
• Manage project lifecycle and client expectations to deliver high-value outcomes
• Own historical data conversions using best practice methodologies
• Communicate project status to senior leadership and manage scope changes
• Develop scalable processes and templates to minimize project effort and duration
• Manage delivery assurance for third-party engagements

Requirements

• Must have the right to work in the United Kingdom from the first day; no visa sponsorship available
• Experience in project management, financial services, or consulting preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
• Understanding or willingness to learn historical data conversion methodologies
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Occasional travel required

Nice to have

• Experience in investment management software implementations
• Programming/scripting skills, specifically Python
• Experience with Salesforce
