What you will do

• Define and execute the product vision and strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure successful product delivery.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and enhance product positioning.
• Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle from initiation to delivery.
• Engage regularly with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and translate needs into actionable features.
• Prioritize the product backlog and define requirements based on business impact.

Requirements

• 6-7+ years of product management experience in the software industry.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• Strong understanding of software development processes and cloud-based platforms.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Azure DevOps or Productboard.
• Proven track record of leading successful product launches and roadmap development.
• University degree in Business, Computer Science, Law, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with the German legal market and LegalTech landscape.
• Experience with product analytics tools like Pendo or Google Analytics.
