What you will do

• Manage and lead the Product Sorting team with full ownership of feature conception and delivery.
• Define and evolve product ranking and sorting strategies including AI-supported approaches.
• Steer agile processes (SCRUM, Kanban) and moderate team meetings.
• Balance commercial KPIs, customer relevance, and operational constraints to improve sorting logic.
• Collaborate closely with Data Science and Engineering teams to implement scalable solutions.
• Lead cross-team initiatives and communicate with stakeholders across business, tech, and analytics.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Hamburg, Germany.
• 7-10 years of product management experience in software development, with at least 2 years in team leadership.
• Strong experience in ranking, sorting, search, or algorithm-driven product logic.
• Experience working in agile environments and collaborating with developers and data scientists.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• E-commerce experience with understanding of commercial levers like conversion and margin.
