Product Manager

Product Manager (Ecommerce): Build and improve checkout flows, payment integrations, and seller tools for a luxury watch marketplace with an accent on trust, efficiency, and security. Location: Remote within Germany, with offices in Berlin and Karlsruhe

What you will do

• Build new solutions and iteratively improve checkout flows, payment integrations, listing management, and compliance foundations.
• Lead cross-functional Scrum teams through strong lateral leadership and own product decisions and outcomes.
• Run discovery and delivery phases from research and prototyping to implementation and performance measurement.
• Base roadmaps on data, evidence, and testable hypotheses, validating assumptions and iterating accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with UX/UI, engineering, QA, and data science experts.
• Embrace continuous learning and share knowledge through company-wide exchanges and rituals.

Requirements

• Must be located in Germany or able to work remotely within Germany
• 3+ years experience as a Product Manager for digital products or services, ideally in checkout, payments, or ecommerce infrastructure.
• Proven track record with agile methods and shipping technical products.
• Strong analytical skills using qualitative and quantitative data for decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills with empathy for users and stakeholders.
• Very good English proficiency required
