What you will do

• Take full ownership of initiatives from discovery through delivery and post-launch impact tracking.
• Bring consistency, communication, and coordination across teams, ensuring a shared understanding of success.
• Maintain close partnerships with regional teams and prioritise initiatives that deliver measurable value for both customers and the business.
• Identify opportunities where process, automation and tooling can unlock step-change efficiency gains.
• Actively mentor junior PMs, offering feedback, and build trusted partnerships with regions and marketing teams.
• Exemplify strong PM fundamentals, using data to understand and communicate performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience with proven track record of successful product launches.
• Experience leading product strategy and driving significant business outcomes.
• Track record of managing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Experience building or scaling internal platforms, business systems, or operational tooling is highly desirable.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to distill complex information into clear, actionable insights.
• Deep Understanding of agile methodologies and product development frameworks.

Nice to have

• Prior Experience in hair and beauty industry, consumer products, or mobile products.
• Prior supplier/vendor selection and relationship management experience.
