What you will do
- Design and execute end-to-end qualitative research projects including planning, recruitment, and analysis.
- Facilitate usability testing, interviews, and workshops to validate digital product concepts.
- Collaborate with product designers, managers, and data specialists to define research hypotheses.
- Synthesize findings and present compelling, actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Strengthen user-centered design culture and best practices across cross-functional teams.
- Identify user needs, motivations, and pain points to inform long-term product strategy.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of professional experience in UX or User Research.
- Proven ability to conduct end-to-end research projects from inception to presentation.
- Experience with qualitative methods like interviews, usability testing, and persona development.
- Ability to translate research insights into clear, actionable recommendations.
- Strong experience collaborating in Agile product environments.
- Must be based in Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience with quantitative and mixed-methods research approaches.
- Academic background (Master’s or PhD) in HCI, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology.
- Experience mentoring designers or scaling research practices.
- Experience working on consumer-facing digital products.
