Product Designer

TL;DR

Product Designer (Intercity): Designing user experiences and interface flows for the intercity product with an accent on complex user scenarios and UX logic. Location: Based in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Relocation package available for candidates from other regions.

What you will do

• Advocate for user interests within the product team and take full ownership of designs through to production.
• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to identify user problems and market needs.
• Collaborate with product managers and analysts to validate features and track performance metrics.
• Design and test solutions, focusing on clarity and effectiveness under unstable conditions.
• Create final mockups and maintain the design library components.
• Organize and analyze AB tests to iterate on product effectiveness.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in product design.
• Deep understanding of UX/UI methodologies and principles.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research methods.
• Expert-level skills in Figma.
• Excellent communication skills to present and defend design decisions.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally within an Agile/Scrum environment.
