📋 Description
- Serve as the operational right hand to the Senior Director, New Business.
- Lead end-to-end pitch orchestration across Creative, Strategy & Media.
- Engineer budgets and staffing plans to keep pitches profitable.
- Develop deck strategies and Operations & Commercial sections.
- Manage cross-functional teams to hit high-stakes deadlines.
- Partner with FinOps to ensure pricing is profitable and scalable.
🎯 Requirements
- 8+ years in an agency with integrated scoping, BD, or ops.
- Strong commercial math: margins, FTEs, utilization, overhead.
- Producer mindset to translate client objectives into delivery plans.
- APAC fluency; navigate diverse commercial landscapes.
- Track record with SVPs/C-Suite on budgets and approvals.
- Excellent stakeholder facilitation and negotiation skills.
