What you will do
- Create and implement in-engine cinematics, cutscenes, and scripted sequences.
- Manage cinematic cameras, framing, blocking, and shot composition.
- Integrate character, facial, and motion capture animation into sequences using sequencer tools.
- Configure characters, props, and scene elements for cinematic playback.
- Coordinate gameplay triggers, dialogue, and events during sequences.
- Collaborate with animation, rigging, audio, and VFX teams to debug and optimize cinematics.
Requirements
- Experience with game engines such as Unreal Engine or Unity.
- Proficiency in setting up characters, rigs, and assets for real-time cinematics.
- Understanding of animation systems, state machines, and character controllers.
- Experience integrating motion capture and facial animation.
- Knowledge of camera systems, shot composition, and cinematic pacing.
- Ability to troubleshoot animation timing and sequence performance.
