What you will do

• Create high-quality 3D assets including houses, props, tools, and environmental elements for Brookhaven.
• Ensure assets match the established stylized art style and meet performance requirements.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Lead and game team to deliver assets on time within technical constraints.
• Follow art production pipelines and workflows for efficient asset creation and implementation.
• Use creativity and problem-solving to improve asset requests and elevate the game visually.
• Iterate on assets based on feedback to meet visual quality and gameplay needs.

Requirements

• Professional experience in 3D art or game development, including Roblox Studio asset creation.
• Strong understanding of technical optimization best practices in Roblox Studio.
• Portfolio demonstrating environmental builds in Roblox matching Brookhaven’s art style.
• Ability to work full-time and be 18 years or older.
• Must work EST or PST time zones.
• Remote work allowed only from Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or the UK.

Nice to have

• Technical art experience such as animation, rigging, or VFX.
• Experience with broader asset pipelines or procedural workflows.
