What you will do

• Own end-to-end creation of 3D assets including housing, props, environments, and gameplay elements for Brookhaven.
• Collaborate closely with the Art Lead to maintain art direction and consistency.
• Review and provide feedback on other artists' work to uphold quality standards.
• Identify and escalate art pipeline or implementation risks early.
• Work with designers and developers to ensure assets meet visual, gameplay, and performance needs.
• Maintain and expand reusable asset libraries and support asset integration and polish.

Requirements

• Must be located in Canada, Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Mexico, or the UK and work EST or PST hours.
• Strong experience creating performant 3D assets in Roblox Studio with advanced skills in modeling, topology, UV unwrapping, baking, and optimization.
• Deep understanding of Roblox asset performance constraints and ability to work within Brookhaven’s art style.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality Roblox environments and assets.
• Ability to work full-time and be 18 years or older.

Nice to have

• Experience with animation or rigging workflows.
• Knowledge of Substance Designer or advanced material workflows.
• UI/UX asset creation experience.
• VFX or SFX creation skills.
