What you will do

• Deliver cutting-edge quality level and cinematic lighting for major AAA titles.
• Implement grading, lens effects, and post-processing techniques to enhance realism and style.
• Set visual targets to guide the art direction and inspire the team.
• Research and integrate new lighting technologies and workflows.
• Mentor less experienced team members in creative and technical lighting challenges.
• Collaborate with Tech Art, Design, and Engineering to optimize performance and visual cohesion.

Requirements

• Extensive experience shipping multiple AAA titles on current-gen consoles.
• Expert knowledge of lighting, shading, and PBR for real-time engines like Frostbite, Unreal, or Unity.
• Proficiency with reference capture, HDRI workflows, and skydome authoring.
• Experience with color grading pipelines and image editing software such as DaVinci Resolve, Nuke, or Photoshop.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in multidisciplinary teams.
• Passion for cinematography, photography, and high-quality gaming experiences.
