What you will do

• Lead and mentor an international team of animators to deliver high-quality gameplay experiences.
• Act as the primary point of contact between the animation team, artistic direction, and production.
• Contribute hands-on to the creation of realistic character animations and assets.
• Manage team tasks, workflows, and production timelines to ensure creative goals are met.
• Drive innovation in character movement and interaction design within 1st and 3rd person systems.

Requirements

• Current legal eligibility to live and work in the UK is mandatory; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Proven leadership or mentoring experience within a professional animation team.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating realistic-styled animations and high proficiency in keyframing.
• Experience with motion capture pipelines and MotionBuilder.
• Understanding of animation systems for both 1st and 3rd person gameplay.
• Familiarity with proprietary or in-house game engines and full development life-cycles.
