Salary: $87,500.00 to $132,000.00 (depending on location)

What you will do

• Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including usability testing, surveys, interviews, and analysis of behavioral data.
• Analyze research data, applying foundational statistical reasoning and structured qualitative synthesis techniques.
• Contribute to integrating multiple data sources into cohesive, actionable insights.
• Communicate findings clearly through written summaries and presentations to product and design partners.
• Demonstrate curiosity about user behavior, product performance, and emerging research methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience conducting or supporting user research studies.
• Ability to moderate usability sessions or field research with guidance.
• Foundational quantitative skills, including basic statistical concepts and beginner-level SQL.
• Experience analyzing and synthesizing qualitative and/or quantitative data with supervision.
• Understanding of user-centered design principles and product development processes.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience working across both qualitative and quantitative methods within a single project.
• Familiarity with survey platforms, analytics dashboards, or experimentation frameworks.
• Experience using SQL, R, or Python for intermediate data exploration.
• Experience working on AI-enabled products or intelligent systems.
• Familiarity with collaborative design tools.
