What you will do
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support.
- Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels.
- Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement.
- Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization.
- Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends to adjust hiring strategy as needed.
Requirements
- 5+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in recruiting).
- Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured search techniques and personalized outreach.
- Ability to translate business priorities into clear candidate profiles and actionable sourcing plans.
- Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering across levels, with a clear, thoughtful communication style.
- Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience throughout the sourcing process.
- Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter).
