Salary: $99,000 - $150,000 USD depending on location and experience.

What you will do

• Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to become a subject matter expert for the teams you support.
• Build and maintain diverse sourcing pipelines by leveraging multiple channels.
• Conduct targeted outreach and manage candidate engagement.
• Share talent market insights to influence sourcing strategy and prioritization.
• Use data to track sourcing activity, pipeline health, and conversion trends to adjust hiring strategy as needed.

Requirements

• 5+ years of sourcing experience (or equivalent experience in recruiting).
• Demonstrated experience proactively sourcing and engaging passive candidates using structured search techniques and personalized outreach.
• Ability to translate business priorities into clear candidate profiles and actionable sourcing plans.
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort partnering across levels, with a clear, thoughtful communication style.
• Commitment to delivering an inclusive, candidate-first experience throughout the sourcing process.
• Outstanding written and verbal and communication skills across all levels.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems and recruiting tools (ideally including Greenhouse, Gem, ChatGPT, and LinkedIn Recruiter).
