What you will do
- Serve as SME and trusted advisor for multiple enterprise business process workstreams.
- Lead workshops to validate business requirements for the Order Navigation Experience, ERP touchpoints, and dealer-facing solutions.
- Review and approve solution designs, test plans, and end-user training materials.
- Provide Level 4 case management support, partnering with IT suppliers on root cause analysis and resolution.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise governance requirements, including cybersecurity, SOx, sustainability, and IT General Controls.
- Mentor business process analysts, digital product owners, and development/operations consultants.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- 6+ years of IT experience in application/API development and/or support.
- 6+ years of experience with enterprise platforms including web applications (Java and/or .NET), CPQ UX, PowerBI Reporting, Snowflake, SAP ERP, IBM Mainframe, and Salesforce.
- 5+ years of experience with commerce platforms such as SAP Commerce Cloud / Hybris and integration experience using ETL or connectivity tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale ERP or digital transformation programs.
