• Define and evolve application roadmaps by aligning IT strategy with business functional requirements.
• Identify high-priority business transformation opportunities and articulate clear ROI and business cases.
• Lead business analysis, solution design, and process improvements for core functional systems.
• Partner with functional leadership to drive technology-driven change and oversee complex solution deployments.
• Translate strategic roadmap goals into actionable project phases and technical requirements.
• Monitor performance and data analytics to ensure technical solutions deliver measurable business impact.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in Information Systems management.
• Proven ability to communicate and present effectively to diverse leadership groups.
• Experience with enterprise systems such as Salesforce or Gainsight.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-group problem solving and influence strategic direction.
• Must be based in the United States.
