What you will do
- Manage the overall commercial well-being of customer accounts to drive revenue growth relative to the agreed strategic plan and company ACV targets.
- Serve as the Key Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the largest GS Accounts.
- Extend current major contracts and identify up-sell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Create the correct image of hirify.global as a global Payroll & HR provider.
- Act as the contact owner from a commercial, contractual, and escalation point of view, working closely with the Service Delivery Manager and other key stakeholders.
- Connect on a regular basis with key stakeholders within and outside the GS division to enhance collaboration.
Requirements
- At least 10 years' work experience in a contractual and/or commercial role in the payroll & HR services sector (or IT outsourcing services).
- Extensive experience in the international enterprise-sized market.
- Demonstrable experience and understanding of international outsourcing solutions and the technological aspect of such a setting.
- Strong language skills: fluent English.
- Strong commercial, contractual, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Flexible and prepared to travel, mainly throughout Europe and occasionally to other continents.
