What you will do

• Coordinate the setup and upload of new products within the shop system.
• Track inventory levels across all SKUs and support forecasting based on sales trends.
• Raise and manage purchase orders to maintain optimal stock levels with suppliers.
• Ensure accuracy of product listings and consistency across platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues regarding inventory and system errors.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and customer service teams to support growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or retail buying.
• Strong data analytics expertise with proficiency in interpreting sales data and trends.
• Tech-savvy with experience in e-commerce platforms and inventory management systems.
• Proficiency in standard business software including Excel or Google Sheets.
• Degree with a strong quantitative or analytical component (business, finance, or engineering).
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers.
