Location: Manila (Philippines), with working hours aligned to the UK time zone.

What you will do

  • Coordinate onboarding for new prescribers, ensuring access to necessary tools and technology.
  • Provide training and support to prescribers on the telehealth platform and other essential technology tools.
  • Act as the first point of contact for technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Support roster management, ensuring alignment with business needs and maintaining up-to-date information.
  • Support safety monitoring of patients and communications between Juniper and other healthcare providers.
  • Share patient and practitioner insights with the clinical services team to improve the overall patient experience.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Tech-savvy with a strong understanding of digital tools and the ability to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage complex processes and ensure accuracy.
  • Ability to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Adaptable and open to change in a dynamic telehealth environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centers, or support roles.
  • Experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment.
