TL;DR

Operations Support Specialist (Healthcare): Supporting the management of Juniper UK’s prescriber workforce and the running of critical clinical operations processes for Juniper patients with an accent on administrative and operational support, and communication. Focus on providing technology support, managing rosters, and ensuring timely assistance to prescribers.

Location: Manila. Must work UK hours and weekend shifts.

What you will do

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new prescribers, ensuring they have access to all necessary tools and technology.
  • Provide training and support to prescribers on the use of the telehealth platform and other essential technology tools.
  • Act as the first point of contact for prescribers experiencing operational or technical issues, diagnosing and resolving problems.
  • Plan prescriber schedules that align with business needs and maintain an up-to-date roster.
  • Support safety monitoring of patients, account monitoring for accuracy, and communications between Juniper and other healthcare providers.
  • Share patient and practitioner insights to improve the overall patient experience and service quality.

Requirements

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Must be comfortable with various technologies, have a strong understanding of digital tools, and be able to adapt to new systems quickly.
  • Must be detail-oriented and able to manage complex processes, follow guidelines, and ensure a high degree of accuracy.
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Must be able to think critically and troubleshoot effectively.
  • Must be adaptable and open to change in a dynamic telehealth environment.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience in customer service, call centres, or support roles.
  • Experience in a healthcare or telehealth environment.
