What you will do

• Train clients on ZOLL software and system configuration based on best practices
• Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve implementation issues
• Track customer product adoption to ensure successful usage
• Serve as a training and product resource for internal teams
• Coordinate projects with ZOLL Project Managers and clients for smooth implementation
• Contribute to client success as an effective team member

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
• 2+ years of relevant experience in training or customer support
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Experience with ZOLL Billing implementation and software aptitude
