Salary: $96,000 and $111,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $160,000 and $185,000/year.

What you will do

  • Own the commercial relationship, strategy, and results for a portfolio of hirify.global's most strategic, complex partners.
  • Define and implement scalable co-sell and co-delivery programs with partners to drive pipeline generation.
  • Establish and maintain business reviews with executive stakeholders at partner organizations.
  • Serve as a key resource and mentor to regional Sales Leadership and Account Executive teams.
  • Identify white space and systemic gaps in the partner ecosystem, leading recruitment efforts for critical new strategic partners.
  • Direct joint marketing initiatives and drive high-ROI partner participation in flagship hirify.global and industry events.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Partner Sales, Alliances Management, or Strategic Business Development within the B2B SaaS industry.
  • Demonstrable success in building and scaling complex strategic partnerships.
  • Deep understanding of the global MarTech/AdTech landscape and experience managing Global System Integrators (GSIs).
  • Proven ability to lead by influence across internal sales, marketing, and product teams, and external partner organizations at the executive level.
  • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and written communication skills.
