What you will do

• Lead, coach, and grow a team of engineers through mentorship, feedback, and career development.
• Own the end-to-end execution of engineering projects, from planning to delivery.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring system health, ensuring reliability, and managing technical debt.
• Partner with product management and design to refine requirements and translate them into actionable engineering plans.
• Track and report on delivery metrics, manage escalations, and ensure issues are addressed with urgency and ownership.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery.

Requirements

• 7+ years of engineering experience with at least 3+ years in engineering management or technical program management roles.
• Proven ability to lead engineering teams through complex projects with multiple dependencies.
• Strong project and program management skills; comfortable with Agile/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.
• Strong technical foundation with experience in Python, data pipelines, and cloud platforms.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Passion for building great teams and delivering impactful software.
