What you will do

• Work with HR to verify appropriate access is granted to users while safeguarding sensitive information.
• Maintain Workday security roles assignments in alignment with business requirements.
• Investigate and resolve Workday security-related issues, including access restrictions and account errors.
• Partner with the Sr. Manager, Global HRIS Customer Solutions Senior and HRIS leadership to identify security enhancements.
• Provide regular SOX control support reporting as required.
• Stay current on Workday updates and new security features.

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of Workday security, domain policies, and HR IT systems.
• Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and multi‑system thinking skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and ensure SOX/data‑privacy compliance.
• Proficient in English and the local language, with the ability to translate customer requirements into English.
• Good understanding of HR policies and functional/technical HR processes.
• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience)
