What you will do
- Oversee job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary bracket reviews, and short-to-long-term budgeting.
- Lead and mentor a team of rewards professionals, championing collaborative development.
- Manage share-based compensation and complex benefit structures.
- Provide strategic insights to group leadership and HR stakeholders.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables, prioritizing tasks effectively across team workflows.
- Coordinate total rewards processes across international hubs in Warsaw and Boston.
Requirements
- Fluent English: Required for persuasive stakeholder communication and presentations.
- Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
- Proven experience in team management and project leadership.
- Expertise in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
- Practical knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
- Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data and make independent decisions.

- Experience with VBA or JavaScript.
