TL;DR

Total Rewards Manager (HR): Leading compensation and benefits operations for a global gaming studio with an accent on strategic budgeting, market benchmarking, and share-based compensation management. Focus on bridging global strategic needs with tactical execution across international hubs and mentoring a high-performing rewards team.

Location: Must be based in or be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland. Role is onsite or hybrid.

Salary: 22,600 – 31,000 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

  • Oversee job evaluation, market benchmarking, salary bracket reviews, and short-to-long-term budgeting.
  • Lead and mentor a team of rewards professionals, championing collaborative development.
  • Manage share-based compensation and complex benefit structures.
  • Provide strategic insights to group leadership and HR stakeholders.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, prioritizing tasks effectively across team workflows.
  • Coordinate total rewards processes across international hubs in Warsaw and Boston.

Requirements

  • Fluent English: Required for persuasive stakeholder communication and presentations.
  • Relocation: Must be able to relocate to Warsaw, Poland.
  • Proven experience in team management and project leadership.
  • Expertise in MS Office (Excel/PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
  • Practical knowledge of at least one point-factor job evaluation methodology.
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to synthesize complex data and make independent decisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience with VBA or JavaScript.
  • Genuine interest in the gaming industry.
